    Default Indicators cancel without turning

I have read this from others before and mine does said also.

How many people with the new 3 possition indicators belive their indicators cancel when they should not?

At least once every journey...fed-up with taking it in to VX and being told it's normal and, by implication, that I'm too stupid to know how to work them!!!
I've had a new indicator switch (updated?) fitted, but it's no better.
Just learnt to live with it, constantly having to check to indicator status whilst tunning. This is the single feature of my VX that will prevent me buying one again!!!
Complements of the season to everyone.

It happens to me very occasionally. But then again other cars I've had self cancelled when I didn't want them to. But other models are more noticeable obviously.

Same as Alex, really. Usually happens turning right at roundabouts, but no more so than the other cars I've had. The press used to slag the indicator stalk off, but I quite like the design.

I'm lodging a complaint with an indipendent regulator, would like to have other people's stories to back mine up.

PM me if you would be willing to contact or be contacted by
    'Vehical & Operator Services Agency'
and they will deal with Vx rather than us having to go in and have random bits changed forever.

Mines going in next week for a few niggles - the indicators being one of them. Going to really push the case on that one. Mine cancel just as I start to turn right - fu**ing dangerous at times.

I'll see what happens after it's been in - but I'll add my name if it's still not fixed.

Mine some times stop just as starting to turn.

Sometimes when I try to indicate while already turning, like going round a bend. they cancel straight away.

Usually do it more to the right I would have to admit.

Seriously, if anyone would be willing to put there name and reg to this letter I and try to get something done them PM me your details.

Obviously I understand if you don't want to get involved with someone elses dispute, we all have enough to do, it would just give me a bit more credibility.

Approaching my right hand turn off from a main road the indicators stay on for 6 or 7 clicks and when speed is below walking pace just as I turn the wheel they cancel. Cause of great concern for me.

Yes they are **** indicators and yes I say hello with my indicators everytime I try to cancel them.
