    Default 19'' or 20'' wheels with a 35mm drop

    Hi,

As a newbie , i really don't know much about my vectra so please help.

At this moment my car is at stardard ride height with 18'' aftermarket wheels fitted, but i think that they don't really look the part as i think their way to small for the arches.
I was thiking about putting some 19'' or 20'' wheels on it,but after looking on the lmfvauxhall site, they sell some jamex 35mm lowering springs, would this be a better option than the bigger wheels or should i do both.

    Cheers

    Jay

Lowering springs are the way forward mate, you'll find your wheels will fit better in the arches......

Id say 18s are plenty mate, just lower it!

Ive got 17s and they still look big enough i think, i just need to lower mine to make the arches look filled.

Also 20" wheels will seriously de-crease ride quality whereas lowering should improve it and deffo improve handling.

Ive had a 45mm drop and 19" Vxr alloys.
It all depends what you want, my ride is a bit harsher but for me the looks now are worth it
