Default Any one in to Motorcross as a hobby?

I had a bike ten years ago and want to get back into it.

However I only want to tow the bike to various off road locations as I dont trust people, especially after my friend got pasted off his bike and resulted in two snapped wrists and legs!

    Any info would be great.

Buy a second hand van, pick one up for the price of a decent trailer.

Why would you even consider riding a mx bike on the road?

Only as I am an hour from wales and just over an hour to the lakes so it would be nice to ride their but not with the nut cases on the roads these days!

Hello mate, I use a bike rack. Fits nicely on the towbar and can carry a motocross bike with ease. Cheaper than a Van and less hassle than a trailer!!! When you've done, fold it up and but it in the garden shed

I mostly do Green lanes and have the advantage that my parents have a farm

I've got a WR250F that's road legal (has to be if you want to explore the green lanes legally) and it's awsome fun. Have a look at the muddy monkeys section of throttlemonkey.com if you want to know more about the muddy stuff A good bunch of guys on that site
