    Default Tyres

I badly need 2 front tyres and while looking around Google i spotted INFINITY INF-05 91W at £55.87 each fully fitted.

The fitting station is only round the corner from me and it seems a good price, but are they good tyres??

They are probably ok for cheap tyres, you do get what you pay for.

    Have a look HERE
Now I need a turbo to keep up!

Think they would do the job? The rear tyres are NCTs and have 8mm tread and i was thinking of switching them with the fronts till i can afford to replace them.

Sounds like a good idea, just don't expect them to last as long as a better brand tyre. Although having said that I have some Nexan3000 on the rear of mine, lasted 4k on the front, but 14k later on the rear they are still fine
Now I need a turbo to keep up!

I'm considering a set of those Kei Force 10 alloys - £50 doesn't seem that bad for a tyre. I do roughly 80 to 100 miles a week

I just bought 2 falken fk452 235/35/19 from camskill, placed order one day tyres arrived next. took them to the local garage £20 to fit and balance both. Total cost £206 which worked out cheaper than the local tyre place could do budget tyres. Would highly recommend.

TAM, cheap tyres are false economy mate. I had Nankang Toursports on the front of my Siggy (they were on it when I bought it).
They wore unevenly and I now have Goodyear Excellence on the front and NCT 5's on the back.
The ride is so much smoother and quieter and the handling is far better than with a budget tyre.
Then again, ya pays ya money, ya makes ya choice.... its over to you.....

Also reading Duncans thread, you don't want to find out why they're cheap in that situation.

Kumho Ecsta SPT's on mine with no complaints. They handle 10 times better than crappy GY NCT 5 anyway.

I got them for £52.90 each delivered. Recommended.
