Hi Mark,
I think it will vary greatly on where you have it done, I once had a car done by a local guy for £150, but then i also had another car done by pentagon and it cost £480 all done to legal limits...
Have you seen the OE sunshades for the Veccy? I have just put some in mine and its only when you are close up that you can see that they are blinds (if your looking that is)
When my had my old Veccy done it cost £230 all in. Im sure someone here will point you to a good company in your area
Work on between £40-£50 per window and you won't go far wrong. The quarter lights will be free usually.
My last car was limo black tinted rear and sides, it came that way. Never again, visibility at night is shocking. Had to put the windows down when reversing off the drive at night in case someone was passing.
On the plus side they do look cool. When I priced in the past for my Audi it was anywhere between £250-£500. Depends where you are, there are usually good local places.
where abouts are you from
middleton manchester.......
i got a quote for £160 all round but whats the new tint limits on the front sides? can u stil have dark tints or not?
just got a quote today from a place in castleton near rochdale........
£200....for the back doors, back screen, and he was very quick to point out that their film(whatever they call it)is the best one out their, and i would have to leave it with them for 4 hours..........i told him it was a vectra not the bl**dy queen mary......christ 4 hrs to do just the backend of the car........
still hunting for a place near me,or better still a mobile one that can come to my work and do it while i'm grafting.......
cheers mark
The tinting firm I used took all day to do my car (All glass except windscreen). They removed all the door glass and did it properly, so I was happy to leave it with them.
