    Default Best of British Youth

Worked a night shift last night, it was like world war three. By 3 O'Clock, the nearest empty cell was in Rugby.

I never been able to work out why the aim of a British night out is to drink s much as possible before rounding off the night by smashng a bottle over someones head.

Still, managed to get a few days off over xmas, so I'm off.......to have a beer.

    Happy Christmas.

I know what you mean mate. The Bigg Market in Newcastle on a weekend is like Beirut . Enjoy your time off and have a good'un. That goes for all members btw.

My mate is a "door person" in town and last night it started up just after tea! God only knows what it was like later on? Not spoken to him yet as he's getting some well earned sleep.

All the best folks, stay safe, stay happy

I just feel ill when I have been drinking!!!!!

All respect to your boys though MLC - would find it soooo frustrating at this time of year, trying to sort people out who are intent on spoiling the festive fun for everyone else!!

Been there, done that mate. It's the hardest job i've ever done, you get no respect and p155 heads think you're free game for bottles and abuse.

I once worked a pub right next door to Old Trafford on a Man Utd v Liverpool game. Never again! Mind you there is door people who absolutely love it, but they're being weaned out now as they have to be registered.

I think that every door crew should have a female on the team as in my opinion it's the women that are worst.
