Well for starters don't pay that price!! That's a right rip-off!!! I got mine for under a tenner delivered!

I've been using one of those for a while and basically it's not bad. Got the Autobrite lance today and it's in a different league for applying snow foam to the car.

Even though I thought the snowfoam would do a bit of a better job at lifting off the layer of grime (possibly me having too high expectations) the lance applied the foam much, much better then the Karcher thing. Suffice to say, the Karcher one will now be gathering dust in the garage from now on.

The current offer comes with 5l of Super Snow Foam, so that'd be a good start. I think I'll be giving the 3D polish wax foam stuff a shot in due course too.
