    Thumbs up People staring

I was watching the Top Gear Polar Challenge on the TV on the plane yesterday. I was laughing my ass off even though I'd seen it before. James and Clarkson in the pickup ripping each other to bit's.
And the Bumper dumper was just class.
What an achivement for 3 of them.
These American's just don't know funny when they see it. IE everybody loves the Muppet Raymond or Frasier. What a load of cak.
They can stand and stare as much as they like.

Thats just the way it's going though.

"Americanisation" (Most likely not a world but serves its purpose) of the UK is slowly depresating the value of comedy.

I find my self at the tender age of 17 feeling empty with comdey, searching the archives for episodes of Red Dwarf, or Farther Ted.

There just seems to be a lack of....inteligence with funny's these days.

Everything is on a plate so there's no need to understand

Agree that Top Gear was entertaining.

Don't agree that US comedy is rubbish. Frasier, Will and Grace, Cheers all classic comedy.

We get cr@p about computer nerds or Irish super heroes (so bad I can't even remember their names). Only Fools was funny 10 years ago, but it loses it's impact after the 99999 showing.
