Boot carpet

Hi all, Does anyone know if it is possible to buy the grey carpet vx use in the boot? Its for a sub amp install

Do you mean a length of it or the whole boot carpet? If the first then I don't think so, if the second then yes.

I probably will have to,I just liked the idea of getting a match, thought it would look better

I needed the same and I went into my local Motorworld and found a roll of carpet 1m x 2m which was an exact colour match for the grey in the boot, you only notice the difference on very close inspection. Up until then I was finding it hard to get a decent colour match with other carpet/cloth.

I'll try and dig out the name of it and when I get time post a pic of my boot install!

That looks like it although the stuff I got was branded 'Rezistanz', but it is the same price. I just bought the roll and hoped it would match which it did!

Some photos of my work in progress boot install using the carpet I mentioned above. Have fitted a false wall behind the rear seats on the other side of which is mounted the amp just for discretion when the boot is open.
