Default What a "insert name here"

So he's p!ssed, on the phone, walks out in front of a car at night, can't provide ANY description and then complains that no 'investigation' is being made.

Does "where's there's blame there's a claim" come to mind.

What concerns me most, is the closure of the police station due to staff shortages. He clearly is a kn*b

Hahahaha, I had a bit of a laugh with one the other night, "it" the chav and "it's" Mrs Rooney just walk out in front of me as I'm approaching, so, me the clever beestid gives him a fog alert by activating the "get out of the road knobhead" button on the steering wheel, knowing he's a real hard man feared by all he gives me the finger and at the top of his voice tells me to F off, glancing back in my mirror the mission is a success as he gets a talking to by the two officers stood on the pavement monitoring crackhead queuing for the local chav staring competition venue, all in front of his chick as well......err yes officer, sorry officer, even better if he got all chirpy to them and ended up in the Sprinter Cab Special en route to the cheapest hotel room in the city for the night

These *&$£*&'s give me the s***s.
He should just be told to go away.
What the hell does he expect......"they haven't even taken a statement from me...."
    Saying what exactly???
By his own admission, in beer, on the phone, not looking and doesnt know anything about the car that hit him. That would be a really useful statement wouldn't it.
Why is it always someone elses fault?

I shouldn't judge him, but he looks like the typical I am fatboy that's still trying to prove himself at nearly 40, I say sorry if I'm wrong, but I don't think I am, and now it's all gone Pete Tong for him he's got the victim look about him, and he has no excuse either Dave Prowse was still wearing his pants on the outside preaching the green X code when this guy was a kid.

He only wants 10 minutes of an officers time to complete a statement.... a perfectly reasonable request I think.......

    • Thats 4 minutes to fill in his personal details on the back, taking into account you will probably have to explain the term "Ethnic Appearance" at least twice!!
    • 3 Minutes to write the following. "I am the above named and I reside at the address overleaf. On Day, Date at Time I was trying to do more than one thing at a time and my tiny brain couldn't process it, so I stepped into the road and was hit by a car I didn't see, and I was too stupid to turn my head toward it after it hit me, so i am unable to identify the vehicle or the registration mark. I can not say if the vehicle was driving dangerously or with excess speed as it was invisible but in my opinion it was all his fault!!"
    • And at least 3 minutes fo him to sign it in triplicate.... and thats assuming he knows how to use a pen!!!

    What a tw*t!!!
