no more than £20 an axle.....fitting 2nd hand dampers is dodgy unless you're 100% about their origins...
cheers mark itl just be for a few weeks as a guide to see if the car handles a bit better then look into uprated shocks
ive got a full set ... ive too off my car ..but would never but 2nd hand ones on any car....
new bilsteins are cheap from euro car parts...cheaper and better than VX/opel units..
same sort of ride etc?
yep..dampers don't affect the ride much.. it's the springs that mostly affect the ride..dampers just keep it tight....it will ride just like standard
i put a full koni set on mine..with there springs.. lot better ride .
old one look ok .but on closer inspection there seems to be diff letters on them all... but same part numbers ...seems odd for a car 3yr old..looks like it has had 1 rear changed at some point going by the diff letters ? unless thats what was fitted when new..
what would you be looking for them as i say they wont be in that long i just want to try them to see if it makes any difference to car
