    Default ccr2006 cd/radio/cas

    Got up sunday morning, went to start car and the battery was flat. jumped it off and now have no radio or cd .checked fuses all fine i can eject cd cartridge so there is still power, but nothing at all on display.
    anybody have any ideas, can you imagine driving a taxi all day with no music.

    Have you tried pulling the fuse for the radio? I've known them "hang" before - had it on mine and a cut of power by pulling the fuse for a few seconds cured it.

    yes tried that thanks, disconneted battery pulled fuses , i'm wondering when jumping car if could damage radio without blowing fuse. or maybe radio went faulty thats why my battery went flat.

    which fuses have you checked bud,as there is one on the back of the unit

    ive checked radio fuse and one passenger side fuse box there is power to unit as i can remove cd cartridge. when i put it back in you can hear it loading cds but not a thing on display. only normal date time temp etc.
