I think you will get another 15/20mm on Eibachs. A lot of people here have done it. I'm sure they will post up.
yep Eibachs are -30mm from standard, so as the SRI is already -15 you'd get another 15mm drop..
what would the ride quality/ handling be like? i have the sri as well on 17 at min but will change to 18 inch wheels soon. also can you change the camber caster, toe in etc on the vectra to get everything to line up again.
yes, the vectra can be adjusted so that everything is fine again.....
the ride is firm but not harsh..it handles beautifly on mine ( -30 eibachs and 18") i goes just were i point it.. no nose dive under braking, better lines through corners etc etc...best mod i ever made....
Are you still running standard shocks Mark??
thats good. can anywhere do the adjustments. i mean a large type company as im in n.ireland. also where so i get the springs. they will suit the sri suspension ok?
The Eibachs are superb in every way.....Bar One...
My only criticism of them is they do not lower the car enough for my liking, only 15mm on an SRi isnt enoughh, but if you can live with that, then they are simply the best springs you can put on a Vectra.
try www.alignmycar.co.uk for the setting up again, i think they cover N.I.....
for springs..try 'roadrunner' or 'lmf'.. both around £150...both will sell you a set for your car..all you will need to know extra is the axle weights which you can find on the black sticker on the drivers door plate..
