Default Which Pipe Do I Cut... Blue or Red

I've got to fit the Turbo Boost Gauge and the instructions are going on about fitting a 'T' piece on the pipe after the actuator ?

Which pipe do I need to cut and fit this 'T' piece ? The Blue one... or the Red one....

    Cheers

I would say blue, but i'm sure on of the experts will be on shortly to shoot me down. The blue is the one you would cut to fit a bleed valve, so is it not the same one as it is the only pipe that actually feeds the actuator?
