looking at buying another car to replace the mondeo estate i use for work & have been offered an sri estate 150 cdti that needs few jobs doing to it for peanuts the biggest job as the car has done 90K miles will be the cambelt is it worth changing water pump at same time

the previous driver must have poor eye sight as all four alloys are kerbed rear bumper scuffed both corners & 2yrs worth of dirt both inside & out thanks

Definitely do the water pump - it's such a big job (apparently, I have no idea personally) that you may as well do it all while you've got the car in bits.
