Gatwick airport parking.

I need to book a hotel near to Gatwick airport for the end of August. I need a room for the night in preparation for an early flight and two weeks (very secure) parking at the same place. Ideally, a transfer to the airport should be included if necessary.

Any recommendations appreciated .

Depends on how much money you want to pay. The Hilton is on site and their carpark is very secure as all the employees of the airport walk past it day and night (I've left my car in the staff carpark next to it for over a week with no problems).

A bit cheaper is the Renaissance Hotel although it's a bit further away. Transfer by bus is a couple of quid.

Only other suggestion is try Yell.com with the post code search of RH6.

Always used Courtlands, never had a problem with the parking there. 2mins journey on a bus to the South terminal. Never needed to stay at Gatwick as only about 40mins away from it.

never needed to stay near gatwick either, but i have left the car at courtlands and didn't have any trouble.

Never had a problem with the Skylane hotel, they park your car round the back while you're away then bring it round the front on your return date. They always seem to take care of everyones motors.
Quite cheap too.
And there's a good f.o.c. bus shuttle service between gatwick and the hotel.

Copthorne hotel, is where we stayed.. secure parking avaliable as is the shuttle service.....

MLC, I think we paid around £89 for 2 days parking and the hotel room before the flight.
I'm fairly sure the prices change according to time of year so might be worth checking www.skylanehotel.co.uk

We always stay at a private B&B run by a couple called Mr&Mrs Copeland. They include secure parking and will take you to and collect you from the airport whatever time your flight is. They even have a FREE bar!!
Everyone we have recommended to stay with them, have gone back year after year.
I can't fault them. They even give you an envelope with a 20p piece in so when you get off the plane you have got english money to phone them. You ring them as soon as you get off the plane, then by the time you have your cases they are waiting outside!
Better than any hotel.
Cant remember how much it was but they were not any more expensive than hotel.
