    Thumbs down Alarm Problem

Help, the alarm on my Vec keeps going off randomly, no obvious patterns and no reason, its only done it on really cold nights though! Anyone else had similar snag?

    Cheers PJ

Mine goes off quite a bit when there is bright sunshine, never really got to the bottom of it.
Always within a couple of mins of locking it seems to trigger, but once deactivated and then activated it seems ok.

The switch under the bonnet that detects if the bonnet is open or closed. Resides towards the rear of the engine bay, not far from the nearside suspension turret.
