hi all still new to site and my vectra got a 07 plate 1.9cdti auto sri with xp pack and 19s really happy apart from cra* at setting off then bang lol would a remap sort this out? and the brakes got rid of my 172 and was great at stopping but this well bit underbraked for me am i right thinking all i need is the calipers brake pads and disks off a gsi 314mm disks? to sort my brakes out and if so what are the costs and part numbers? also are the disks on mine 285mm? cheers boys and like to say great site unlike the clio sport 1 ! which gets *****y!

yep, you currently have 285mm brakes.. the BEST way to get 314mm brakes is to pop onto LMF's site as they sell a conversion kit in a box..

the duff pull off is all down to the auto box and the car being off turbo boost...a remap won't help unless it brings the boost in early.. all 1.9 auto's suffer the same as yours.. in fact on roundabouts it damn near killed me twice with the massive turbo lag..
