    Default pepper sauce

    does anyone know which shops sell a GOOD ready made pepper sauce for poring over a nice steak?.

    I cannot be a***ed to make one form scratch

    it just takes seconds to make one !! Fry a bit of onion for about 40 seconds with some cracked pepper, add a little brandy and some cream, simmer for 2 minutes till thickened, season ... Voila !!!

    steak should be left on its own no sauce at all

    all u would taste is pepper

    its like mint sauce and lamb all u taste is mint same goes for pork and apple.
