Has anyone dealt with Lookers Speke?

I have - couldn't fault them at all.

My sister also bought a Clio from there with no problems - even allowed her to trade in her Cat D Corsa!

Had to speak to a manager once over a warranty claim for a CD player in my old Astra, but apart from that, all good!

There ok, but with choice I go to Duerdens Southport for a better personal service.

On the whole, Lookers aint great for customer service - they leave a fair ammount to be desired!

lookers is fairly good,especially the dealer i always use but then they
will look after me as i worked there for quite a few years so they give me
the sort of special treatment,well most of the time anyway and also we
have spent thousands of pounds on cars from them so i barely have
problems with them and also theres a few good friends that work there
and will do favours for me and has in the past for members on ere.


over all they are good

but today im trusting them as they have me car without me being there
so i`m hoping they will sort it out and take care of me beast

I use Lookers in Ellesmere Port a lot as it's the main dealers for the plant. We have over the years used the sales,parts and service departments and never had any cause for complaints.
