    Default paypal question

    i bought something of some-one & they have not sent the items now it was'nt thru ebay i cant work out wether the buyer protection still applies as it keeps referring to ebay does any know if im still covered thanks

    Sorry but i dont think you will be covered as it was not done through ebay..Have you got there contact details if so be a pest email and write to them but try not to loose your rag hard i know.I recently recived a full refund through paypal for an item that never turned up but i did it all through ebay.

    As far as i know you can file a dispute through Paypal for items paid for through them.

    And if you paid via credit card through Paypal you could always try to get the money back through your CC provider.

    thanks for replies i paid using debit card i have now files a dispute wait see what happens
