    Take a breather

    Exercise, NO Coffee!! and hot coco before bed...oh and stay off the beers...trust me I'm an expert at Stress!!

    I get this all the time D, this is my week


    Sunday bed - 3am
    Monday up - 7.30am
    Monday bed - 3am
    Tuesday up - 7.30am
    Tuesday bed - 4am
    Wed up -3pm

    And the rest of the week follows that pattern, I just can't adapt to 4 hours sleep 2 days a week, it throws my clock out for the rest of the week, been doing it eight years now and it's killing me.

    Comes in phases - I had 6 months where I only slept a few hours a night. Now I'm a solid 10 hours a night, if I don't set the alarm it'll be 12-15 hours no bother.

    Kids change everything to the point where you cannot mind the last time you had a good sleep so nights like this will be the norm D

    Oh great! lol

    I ended up lying down yesterday afternoon for 40 winks, and was flat out! lol Mrs Duncan had to wake me up two hours later as I needed to go out somewhere. Last night I was in bed for 11pm and went off to sleep straight away (thankfully!!!). I certainly caught up on my lost sleep as I didn't wake up until 1pm!!!
