    Default veccy c headlamp protectors

    hi all

    has anyone got any carbon fibre look headlamp
    protectors on their veccy c as wiv me having the clear headlamps i was
    thinkin of getting some carbon fibre ones to just make it look a iccle better,
    as the clear headlamps look i bit plain

    this is also on my signum,

    they do a good job,

    i got em for £12 all in on ebay, but they aint that expensive from VX direct,

    i will be getting rid of em soon, as i'm fitting black headlights

    a few mm's, but you soon get used to it,

    and they do a great job of stoping the stone chips ,

    just make sure you put the mounting bracket under the headlight seal, and not on top , like some have done, it makes the cover sit much lower and more secure

    Chris (Drinky) painted the carbon fibre bits black on the inside 'cause the carbon fibre look isn't very good on them. I've followed suit with mine and they look miles better. I'll stick some pictures up tomorrow

    well, if your gona do that you might as well buy the black ones ???,

    they come in clear, carbon and black

    You still have the carbon effect after painting them, it just looks better IMO. Hold on, I'll get some pics.

    Here's the pics of my 'painted' covers. The close up shows the effect of the paint. Makes the carbon effect stronger I think.
