How many members on here are planning to 'rise to the challenge' for Sport Relief?

I've got some friends and colleagues on-board and we'll be doing either 1, 3 or 6 mile runs in the Manchester area. If like me you've been on a fitness program since the new year, this is something you can train towards and set yourself some targets. The runs aren't until 16th March so you have plenty of time to sort yourself out and raise some money for a very worthy cause.

I tell you what, come upto Manchester and do the run with us. What we'll then do is stop at every Ambulance we see on the route for a blast on their entinox. We be laughing all the way round.
