don't realy drink that much either now..........and just hoping not to put too much weight on

not paid full price for fag's since i went on holiday, brought back about 1400 and said that when they were gone that was it, didn't smoke too many a day, so cold turkey as mentioned by ian t is the way to go

Well, Only I can say that it`s goood...but hell...I smoke more than one pack a day ...so I`ll have to start thinking of quiting too

I was gonna have a go today, things didn't pan out, but things are returning to normal today, so i may well have a go come Thursday, gonna do patches and hope this time.

Well done. First step is the big one cause it is accompanied with worry & a bit of anxiety. You will worry about getting through the cravings, just try not to think too much about it & get on too doing things as normal but without a smoke in your hand. The best success is beating the anxiety & knowing you can live much much better without smoking.

Good luck mate & keep on really wanting to beat the fags.
