Isn't the trip leaving on the Thursday though Andy? Obviously this will be one of the things discussed by the guys at the committee meeting on Tuesday, so maybe best for anyone to wait until then, and the leaving date finally decided, before booking a hotel.

yes, you'll get many more answers on wednesday, as this tuesday nights meeting isn't going to be a 5 minute affair...then we'll be in a position to give confirmed dates and hopefully some idea of costs...

well as from previously post there was just the dates confirmed for thursday
24th april stay over at dover like last year for the next day friday crossing
on the ferry than the drive over to irmscher then ready for the next day
saturday for the irmscher open weekend,i`ll await for the dates to be fully
confirmed and then take it from there.
