    Default Change to spec??

I've just bought a new Sri Estate 1.9CDTi 150 Nav (first reg 5/1/2008) and part ex'd my old Sri Estate 1.9CDTi 150 Nav (first reg 11/1/2007) and the spec has changed..i.e got better; in that you now get illuminated sunvisors, sun glasses holder, map reading lights, rear courtesy lights and an aux stereo input socket as standard
Must say i'm well cheffed, not having to put my old mods back on, i.e sun glasses holder, map reading light etc, etc.

So, they'll be in the for sale section later.

    Cheers

Just a question and not implying anything, but why change a year old car and buy exactly the same thing. Must cost you a fortune in depreciation.

Mine was ordered in June and it arrived just in time to be registered on 1st Sept and i have the illuminated sunvisors, sun glasses holder, map reading lights, rear courtesy lights and aux input sockets aswell..

Just thinking it may be time to transfer my private plate from the retention cert and onto the car before the mad rush for the march registrations begins..

Well, bought the one i part ex'd in July 07 (so had it for nearly 6 months) it had 9,000 miles on when i bought it and by the time i exchanged it, it had 32,500 on it.... So in 6months i'd managed to do 23,500 miles

I paid LESS for the new one, with all the options (partners discount) as i did for the one i part ex'd when i bought that 2nd hand. So it made sense to change the car when i did, considering the millage i do.

    ... it's past my bedtime..

Can I ask how much you had to put to the new one? I'm thinking of doing the same.

Just a shame they don't have rear leccy windows, SRi is the nicest looker in the range bar the VXR, but an Elite or Design is best for toys.

Yep, that's the difference between the 2007 and 2008 model year Vectra.

Iv just bought a 2007 (07) SRI NAV with the cd70. Its got the illuminated visors/rear lights/map lights/glasses holder etc. One question though, where would the aux in plug be. Annoingly, iv been on 7 straight days at work since i picked it up and havn't even had chance to look around the car yet or even read the manual.
