    Default Gutted!!

Hit a brick on a roundabout and the rear tyre deflated immediately!!! Checked the tyre and it's got a nice rip in the side wall, so my question is...

Do I buy another Goodyear NCT5 for about £140 or buy two cheaper wider tyres (225/45/17's)???

When I puctured a 215/50 I did just that, replaced with 2 225`s which were cheaper than 1 x 215. The car looks a lot nicer with the 225`s fills it out a bit more ...

Rats! I didn't find this lot, so I paid £135 at a Supertyres in Luton. I couldn't better that price locally.
They did a good job, but I still had to remind them to put the pressures right. Why do most tyre fitters think that all tyres need 28 psi? The normal pressure for the Signum is 39!

Blimey, that's a very good price!! Where was that? I'm not on 215/50/17's anymore (now on 225/45/17's) but wondering, for the future, if that was a local or nationwide place?
