    Default best wax?

Hi i,ve only ever washed my cars then occassionaly polished and waxed them!
i'm slowly getting into more detailing

the wax i got was cheap and dose nothing for my new black veccy

dose anyone know what the best wax to use would be or is there a reasonably priced good wax for darker/black cars that will give my a deep shine?

I use many different wax,s. I think once you start you want to try many other brands, But the most durable[long lasting] is Colinite 915. If you wil be waxing every weekend then PS21S will give a very good shine, but it does not last as long as "colly". Victoria concours wax is very good and durable too, at the moment I am trying DoDo juice "banana" wax, it was put on in november and still beads, but could do with "topping up". I usually put a coat of sealent usually meguires #21 before I put a coat of wax on, whilst both are finishing products it does help protect the paint.

Collinite 845 for me, yet to use it and ma car is minging due to weather or work getting in the way.

You could also try Klasse All in One peter, TBH mate there is so many polishes out there to say one is ahead of the rest would be a lie as everyone preferes different types. The SRP will be the best for filling any small scratches and slight swirls and It's highly thought of on www.detailingworld.co.uk

mine could do with a clean too, but its crap weather time isnt it? I can still see patches of wax on the back of the car when it rained last time I tried waxing it!
Isnt that collinite 845 a wax rather than a polish?
