    Default Supercharging

I was sent an e-mail from a mate who has put twin electric superchargers on his Lancia Gamma.... Hes does say it does give him extra grunt..

I know its fine on his carbs, Now would this work on a 20T acting like an intercooler?????

    Just an idea...

Don't bother. Not worth it in cost on a Vectra. Fit a Stage 3 BSR kit instead. If you want serious power over the pistons would be on the limits....

LOL at them. Nutron tried fitting a leaf blower to this turbo diesel, same sort of thing but I bet the leaf blower had more power. He RR'd it and found no extra power what so ever. Just imagine the extra power that takes of the electrical system also!

there on ebay for 140 each, i heard that the electric turbine does not spin fast enough to ram air in to give a bhp gain, heard the motor burns out easy to, fall apart, and when its fitted and turned off they can make your car run a lil ruf at low speeds.

Thing is the ECU will just adjust the boost anyway.

Ya spot on, it can't spin enough at all.

Year ago AJA was looking into this though with a decent tuning company?
