water in the boot

has anyone had any problems with water in the boot , i notice the windows in the car misting up a lot so had a look and found the rear washer pipe leaking . i repaired that and it seemed fine once i dried the panels for the boot , but it started donig it again and the washer pipe is ok this time . is there any know problem with maybe the seals around the rear light units

rear lamp seals leaking...if you've got an SRi style rear lip spoiler they can leak and let water in to the boot via the 6 mounting holes...rear 1/4 light glass seals leaking...

the best way to find it is to remove all the boot internal trim and to get someone to look for the leak, while someone else plays a hosepipe slowly over small areas of the car at a time..

i was thinking the rear quarter glass but only replace them 3 months ago max and the seals were fine but i didnt use new plastic nuts ,iam thinking i should have made a trip to vx and got the nuts at the time

if you didn't strip them, then the nylon nuts should be fine....hosepipe time...
