Dam You Vectra Gear Boxes

hi guys as you have probably guessed im not happy

today i was driving in my local super market when i heard a clunk noise so i stopped imediatly only to find OH YES you guessed it GEARBOX has killed itself again dam thing so getting it fixed and going on my mates dads fourcourt i have had enough of this bl00dy car where does it end do i just keep throwing money at it???????????????? NO is my answer so looking to get a 3.2 gsi veccy c because to be fair i have had a qoute and its only £350 more on insurance so i aint leaving ya guys dont worry still a veccy boy till end just thought i would let you know

do you know wot i mean baby due next month and im forking out £500 for a gear box in and thats second hand too but hey its going so who cares eh

How long you had the car?

The guy i done the bulbs for has an 02 plate sxi 1.8 and he said it just had the timing belt changed and it sounded very bad......

Go diesel!!!!!!! That's what i did and i will never go back to petrol. I'm on my second Vec and won't change to anything else either!!

£500 seams to be alot of money mate, as i had to put on in mine, i brought a front end cat d and i only payed about £250

Thats a hell of a step down, a 3.2GSi to a 2.2 SRi... Dont bother with the 2.2, just go for the 3.2 and be done with it!
