Iv got a pair of pionner 6x9s and was wondering if they would fit or if it was possible to fit them in the front doors as one of the standard speakers have splits, any ideas?

You cant go wrong with Alpine Custom Fit stuff to be honest. If not Alpine, then Pioneer.

To be honest 6x9's are prob the worst thing to put in a car for sound. I've been into car audio now for 7year in a big way and have never used them. sell them and get your self a set of 6.5" coaxials either alpine/JL/MTX or PG. Ive mtx is my car and i'm more than happy with them.
