Basically as above really. Has anyone any experience with Pipercross filters? Are they pretty much the same as K+N?
Cheers

avoid foam filters, much poorer filtration...K+N are one of the better brands, but a clean standard paper one will flow as much air as a K+N ...just not as long a service life..
Thanks Gsi3.2

I am using a courtney sport filter (pipercross) been ok so far.
I would prefer the pipercross over the K&N, they are easier to clean etc.
But as GSi3.2 said above, far poorer airflow than the K&N, and quite possibly not as good as a clean stock filter.
After doing quite a lot of reading, there's so little measurable difference between a performance filter and a clean paper one, I'd probably advise sticking with standard and changing it every few months....a whopping £6 a time
have always went with pipercross rather than K&N, as they have better filtration, easier to clean, etc and just generally better products...
used to give off a nice rasp as well
Cheers gents for the comments
