i got mine from here and fitted it a while back, i posted a how2 for it in the relevent section, i went down the drilling route. paid £50 for mine

it fits on the top of the boot close to the rear
but to be honest i didnt really like it and was always on the look out for the original and couldn't wait to change it, but its upto you
no damage but i painted it to the colour of the car so that is why it needs painted (moonland grey 155 3ku)

thats fine mate well worth the wait and the money for a genuine one
it the best way to go and you will being making the right choice.
you will only regret it as i did. money down the drain every time i looked at the f#### thing.
