    Angry Why oh Why....

When when driving after cleaning the car, especially in the horrid weather we have at the moment with sh!t on the roads, Do the back wheel's get absolutely plastered in crap, and the front wheels stay remarkably clean...

I have just bought some Mudflaps to try and combat the problem, but i fear i may have just wasted £22!

Please someone help, It has been suggested that it could be down to the shape of the car, and its incurable!

    Anyone have any idea's...

Your mudflaps won't help,it's the wider wheels. With mine the tyre is nearly an inch past the flaps.

Yep, it's the good old Venturi effect. The passage of the car through the air leaves an area of reduced pressure behind the car, and the air rushes in to fill it -carrying all the muck and bullets with it!

Depressing isn't it. I cleaned mine at new year - looked great for a couple of days until back to work then a 250 mile round trip on Friday through some really horrible weather and it's filthy again.

May as well not have bothered.
