    Default Dont Talk To Me About Locking Wheel Nuts

    just set out to take wheels off for tri monthly clean and boom snapped blumin nut has any1 got any ideas on how to get it out and am i safe to drive it? i think i should be still got 4 but just in case im wrong please help

    Default

    You need to get the spinning collar welded up, then drive a suitable sized socket on over the head. Done it on my last two Vauxhalls.

    6mm hss drill bit, drill through the centre of the bolt about an inch, then get a bolt extractor into the hole and remove bolt

    pain in the arse job but will do the trick

    yeah, as long as the other 4 bolts are secure, wont cause much problem, but i wouldnt reccomend driving for miles and miles without getting it fixed
