Double posting

Seems theres alot of double posting going on again..........i had this trouble the other day ,where it appeares to fail to post so you retype and hey presto ........double post


Edit .while trying to post this one ,it said page cant be displayed.....so unless you ck carefully when rejoining ,thats where the double posts come from

if it says page not responding cross page off re open a page and baddabing only one post it happend to me about cruise control

Yup - the internet gremlins seem to be at work again. I've pm'd Duncan to let him know, and I am sure he will get onto it as soon as he can

If you post and get a blank page, instead of refreshing (which is where the double posting comes from) go back in the browser and refresh - you'll more than likely see that your post is now in the thread.

If you post and get a blank page, instead of refreshing (which is where the double posting comes from) go back in the browser and refresh - you'll more than likely see that your post is now in the thread.

There is a setting to stop that happening, i.e only 1 post per min.
