Default Anyone own or had experience of these cars?

I've started the hunt to replace the Signum over the coming months. Unfortunately due to the appaling reliability of mine and the not so good record of the 1.9 I've decided to go down the "quality car" route and keep it for 4 or 5 years.
This is currently in the lead position http://usedcars.audi.co.uk/carview.aspx?id=501712933 . It's a lot of money but I will be using my car allowance to buy it or a very similar one (hopefully in black!)
Just wondered if anyone on here has any experience of them, has any reliability info or has heard any horror stories.
    Thanks all.

Having a nose around there at the moment. Doesn't seem to be anything major out there but then there's nowt like personal advice or experience is there?

Yup... I've just joined a BMW forum as the E60 will be my next move I reckon... sometime soon.

By the way.... BMW 5 Series E60 535D can be remapped to 340 BHP !! - in a diesel !! - imagine the torque....

Doesn't the twin turbo give problems on those????
Now I need a turbo to keep up!

Took the words out of my mouth. If I had £27 grand, it'd be a 535d, no question. I think it's the ultimate family car.

Well... I'm still trying to find out what problems these cars have... as I only joined yesterday...

I'll probably go for a 530D or 525D M-Sport... depending on how many pennies I can shake out the sofa

Standard Torque on a 335D is 428lb/ft out the box, can you imagine what it'd be like after a map!!!

Quite literally rip your arms out of their sockets when you hit the throttle!

Ditto, but I would opt for the estate, better looking imo.
