    confused Sleeping patterns?

Yet again im up at stupid o'clock as i cant sleep. i went to bed at 10.30pm and got back up at 00.30am as i just couldnt sleep. this is becoming a regular occurance now and its wearing thin.

Ive tried Alcohol, Sleeping tablets, Excerise (and walking), watching tv, films, listening to music soflty, just laying there, reading, no matter what i do i just cant seem to sleep. Cant be the lack of work im doing through out the day as i have been busy from 8am till 6pm doing car valeting which in itself is quite a pysical job.

Got a doctors appointment this afternoon so might slip this in a problem that needs sorting lol ( sounds like the car again going in for warrenty work lol) oh well,

    Anyone else up atm?
