    How deep are the scratches??

If they're not too deep then you could try either some megs scratchX or megs stage 1 paint cleaner. The
scratchX is the harshest of the 2 so if they're hardly visible then I would try the paint cleaner first. They're both
available from halfords and are about £7 ish.

If you have waxed the car previously the scratches may be in the wax and can polish out, otherwise its a professional mop job im afraid.

You should be ok with either of the megs products then.

With the wax it depends how much you want to spend, when I had the black vec I used Nattys blue
wax (available from some online traders and ebay) which was very good but I have had some Swissvax
saphir on it before and this is 10 times better than the Nattys but is around £70 per tub.

Just makes sure you work the scratch x for 3-5mins until it's barely visible, doing this will ensure you break down the abrasives in it. Hope it works out OK for you mate.

Just some of the info I've learned from DW.
