B4 is a OEM replacement and will give the softest ride as well as improve handling and B6+B8 will be stiffer still the B8 being the stiffest and more orientated towards handling.

I think Kev_A fitted the Bilstein B12 kit which is B8 dampers and H&R springs.

So B4`s appear to give better handling without breaking teeth,be cheaper than B6-B8.
So unless your razzing it everywhere,B4`s are a good comprise for the shopping/school run and the occasional raz round.

Yeah the B4's are an OEM replacement, but they improve the handling without giving a really rough ride as you say and a lot cheaper then the other two that are aimed at handling and will be teeth losers lol

I had B4 on my last Astra. Had B8 on there before, they were rough on the motorway, didn't deal with the uneven surface at all.

    Considered Koni FSD?

Only thing with the FSD's is they'retriple the price of B4's and thats a lot of money. I was going to get them, but there just way too much on the old wallet.
