Default Insurance - paying more for non fault claims?

Are insurance companys allowed to charge you more for other people running into you? My no fault claims, other peoples bashing me and all costs being recovered, are costing me an EXTRA £1200 a year?!?! I'm absolutly ~@*@$£%~@ outraged but can I do anything?

Stands to reason you're clearly a high risk driver if you allow others to drive into you willy-nilly.....

Yes mate they are allowed to charge higher costs on retail repair work when liability has been accepted on 3rd partys behalf.

Well, that's even more clumsy of you then, isn't it.

    Park somewhere else in future.

I'm talking about my anual premium, I pay over £2000 a year at the moment because other people who have been proven to be at fault hit me. They are non-fault claims for me against them but it cost me a bomb!

Your going to have to go back to standard to lower your premiums

My premium went up by £13.00 a year when a neighbour missed the road and hit my car when it was parked on the drive. Their logic is pretty much what Paul said. Increased risk.

    £1200 though?
