YES!!!! And no matter how much beechams and lemsip i drink it ain't working. And were trying to toilet train puppy so standing outside in the cold ain't helping much.

Yep, Lemsips are poop! Not shifting anything at the moment, been on them for over a week now!

Been there had it, what i do is eat loads of oranges well approx 10 oranges something to do with the body lacking vitamin c always works for me can not say it will work for you though but worth a try unless you don't like oranges.
