Default Claiming hire car costs from network q

Has anyone had to hire a car while theirs is being fixed under the network q warranty, and had to claim the money back? Or has anyone ever been told by their dealer they need to hire a car cause its gonna take so long to fix theirs, and network q will repay you Its gonna be a right pain in the arse, spesh this time of year! It could take 5 weeks to get the money back too! Anyone ever had to do this before?

NetQ should provide you with a hire car if yours is off the road for more than 24 hours i think, i'm sure it says it somewhere in the paperwork.
I got an astra for a week when my last veccy was in for the inlet manifold doing.

As per my reply in your repair thread, the dealer are talking bollox. Net Q cover a car once they've authorised repairs. I reckon the dealer is just trying to avoid having one of their cars tied up for your use. I'd ring Net Q and have a word!

*******s at Rowcliffs in Yeovil! They are so ****! Thanks guys, i wont let them fob me off!! Ithink the main problem is they provide you with an equivalent car as a hire/courtesy car, but my dealer only use ****ty little chevrolet matiz's as courtesy cars and they'd know i'd tell em to p1ss off!

I've had many a problem with that garage mate, don't trust the mechanics one inch!!! They would be able to fix a lego car, I'd go else where.

Mines booked in for the 8th for three days and they're giving me an Astra (could have had it booked in on the 2nd but didn't fancy a Corsa, or Techs with a hangover working on the car ), was told all I need to bring is my licence and certificate of insurance.
