    Default Air Box mod again

I know that this toppic has been mentioned on this forum quite a lot , but how many of you have actualy done it , ie remove the flap on the air intake .
bottom of box not the top trumpet.

i was trying to get some % figs and and some feed back of those who have .

i removed it at the weekend and carnt really tell any difference so i might put it back on , well glue it on as i broke the clips yanking it out.

Most of us have done it mate, I might guess it the most common simple mod around here.
As for feeling any difference, you would not feel anything, we do this in order to have the hole filter area working, not only half of it, which is what that lower plastic flap does, makes the air go to the end of the box instead of spreding the air eavenly along the whole filter.

Check this....you can see in the pics how only half of the air filter is working with the plastic flap on.
