    Default Electric Window Help

ok, I took off my battery to clear a check error on the alarm. mines the 2.2 sri on an 02 plate.

Everything worked fine before, but now my windows go down and up all ok but the drivers side when you hold the button up or down it doesnt go on its own. when you let go of the button it stops. Used to carry on itself.

I tried the remote, you hold the unlock button the windows come down remotely, you hold the lock button only the passenger window comes up!

any ideas, it worked ok before?

easy one.. you need to reset the memory windows..

for EACH electric window.. wind it down about 3 inches, then power it up again BUT hold the button going up for around 5 seconds, then power the window down and it will 'one touch' again... repeat for as many electric windows as you have..

It's an extra ( and a darned expensive one. ) but it can be retrofitted...
