Default She's finished, she's finished! At last!!!!

Well the time has come for me to finally upload some pics of my motor, and to get some feedback from you fine people on your opinions.

Some of you have already seen some pics of my new exhaust, following on from this thread http://forum.vectra-c.com/showthread.php?t=35542 but this was only of the backend. She's had a wash since, (sorry johnnyg!), and finally got the VXR front bumper fitted the weekend.

I've basically done a start to finish with the pictures, from when i bought her, lowering her, de-badging, fitting the JDL Bodykit, the VXR alloys, the exhaust and finally the VXR front bumper.

I hope you all enjoy and welcome all comments.

    BOG STANDARD, BEFORE BEING LOWERED.

    AFTER LOWERING 15MM

Some arty shots after she was de-badged.

Next was the JDL Bodykit but i was never happy with the front spoiler. Probably because i kept scraping stones off the road!

The next addition was the VXR 18" Alloys. To complement the wheels, i painted the calipers Arden blue and applied some VXR decals to the front calipers.

After keeping the roads of Surrey clean for so long, i decided to remove the front spoiler, get the bumper re-sprayed, and at the same time, paint the V Grill and fit the Signum Chrome Fog Surrounds as i had no luck finding a VXR front bumper............that was until 2 days after picking up my bumper from the paint shop and buying the chrome fog surrounds!

So now ladies and gentlemen, i give you......................the finished article!

So there you go folks, what ya reckon? I'm over the moon with the results given that only 12 months ago she was just a standard 1.8 SRi.

Got loads of people to thank. Big Pete for his help with the VXR bumper, Duncan for the club stickers, fenderguitar for buying the Signum fog surrounds, Rorycarz for buying the brand new VXR spoiler i bought by mistake and Johnnyg for the gentle kick up the ar$e to get the car washed!!!

Big thanks also to my bodyshop man Ian Taylor of Horley, MIJ Performance for the exhaust and Steve at LMF for the VXR parts. And of course my mate Dean at my old dealership in Swansea for my special discounts!!!!!

    Cheers guys.

A lot of work (and money) gone into that.
It's now one stunning looking Vectra, however I think you lie when you say
    "She's finished, she's finshed! At last!!!! " .
As long as you own that car there will always be just a few more bits or changes you would like

Edit - was'nt going to mention it but its just eating at me,
Your front number plate is wonky and needs to be straightened out.
There, I feel much better now.

How true, Still debating whether or not to fit a VXR Tailgate lip spoiler but i think they stick out to far and i like the lines of the back now. Watch this space!
