Oooops What Have I Done

I am having a small electrical problem.

The light in my glove box, the interior lights, the dash lights and the lights on the air con/fan panel are not working, but the radio lights, window switches and light switches lights are.

When I turn on my heated seats my air con and fans go off, when I switch my heated seats off again they come back on.

Any ideas what I have done.

Also...

Whilst I had the glovebox out I noticed a wiring loom on the left towards the back at the engine compartment, it has what looks like a round aerial connector on it as well. Anyone have any ideas what this is for ?? It's not the phone loom because I know where that is.

Have u checked the fuses, Havent blown something while you've been fiddling around, lol

What do I need to check, how do I know if one has blown
