Default Opel Vauxhall UK IRELAND 2007 / 2008 CD70 Navteq

    I have the 2006/2007 map

Is there anyone using the new 2007/2008 maps and do you know if there is any difference between them …….ie is it worth the upgrade .

I changed from the 06/07 to 07/08. There are some changes to the map, a friend of mine lives in a new housing estate and it is on the new disc, not on the old. The interface/features are unchanged. There are still plenty of errors on the disc, unless you're a rep or a delivery driver i wouldn't bother.

I was going to wait as well but managed to get a 2008 cd the other day for £30 all in... my current cd is a 2004 so I think there'll be a few new roads on the new one.

I bought my 07/08 Cd from ebay for £6 from someone in France. When you are searching ebay for CDs look in the whole of Europe. What often happens is that people by whole sets to get new disc for their country and than sell the rest on ebay. That way they could actualy get their own disc for free.

Changes....as already metioned....just some new roads. nothing else is radically different.

Just do a search with opel CD70 and once you get UK results in search options on the left change to European Union.
It dies not appear to be any with no reserve at this moment but keep looking.
